活動期間1962-1966
1960年代中期ロンドンのクラブ・シーンで人気を博したR&Bグループ。Columbiaにシングル4枚を残した。
1965年初頭、Manfred Mann（バンド）がプロデュースを担当したシングル「Portland Town」でデビューを果たす。しかし、セカンド・シングルのリリースを目前に控えた同年6月、フロントマンのMark Leemanが交通事故で他界するという大きなアクシデントに見舞われる。
グループは元The CheynesのヴォーカルだったRoger Peacockを迎えて活動の継続を決定。Leemanの死を悼んでバンド名をそのままにして活動を続けたが、R&Bサウンドの良作となった後続シングルで商業的な成功を収めるには至らなかった。
1966年7月にはPeacockがソロに転じるために離脱。末期はPete Hodgesをシンガーに迎え、サックス奏者を加えるなど編成を増強したがまもなく解散した。ドラマーのBrian Davisonはこの後、The Attackを経てThe Niceに加入し大きな成功を収めた。オルガン奏者のTerry Goldbergはサイケ・ポップのTintern Abbeyでも活動。
